1. Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
• Perishable goods (such as fresh groceries, roasted coffee, nuts, sweets, and spices)
• Opened or used products
• Customized or personalized items (e.g., made-to-order blends)
However, if you received a product that is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect
We are happy to review and address the issue promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• You provide clear photos of the damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item.
• The item is in its original, unopened packaging.
Refunds are only issued for products that are proven to be faulty, expired, or incorrectly dispatched.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement request:

• Include your order number, product details, and images supporting your claim.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
• Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policies.
• If a replacement is preferred, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
5. Non-Refundable Items
We are unable to offer refunds for:

• Delays caused by third-party courier services once the item has been dispatched.
• Items that have been used, opened, or improperly stored after delivery.
6. Order Cancellation
