Sourced from top plantations and treated with care, every batch is roasted in-house, with just the right temperature and timing to bring out bold aromas and subtle notes. Our roast masters adjust every detail to reveal the character of each bean.
From the day Lebanese Roaster opened its doors in 1978 as Abu Dhabi’s first coffee roastery, roasting has been a story we tell with every cup. The journey begins far from our stores, in the soil and sun where 100% Arabica beans are nurtured until they carry the promise of flavor. From the moment they arrive, our masters oversee the entire process with expertise, ensuring that each roast achieves the perfect balance between tradition and innovation. And while our methods are exacting, they are also deeply cultural; echoing the gatherings, the hospitality, and the conversations that coffee has always inspired in our region.
