We laid the base to create an ever-expanding network of approved reliable suppliers.Traveled to the corners of Levantine countries; to ensure that Lebanese Roaster is always able to offer the best products directly from the right sources. We secured fresh products that reflects our heritage, from the right producers. Since Lebanese Roaster was the first in Abu Dhabi, the founders made sure there was no compromise made when it comes to the quality, while prices remained competitive and within a reasonable budget for all our customers. • Refund/Return/ Cancellation & Replacement Policy

• Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

• Refunds will be done only through the original method of payment, or to Lebanese Roaster

customer wallet as per customer’s advice.

Unfortunately, all perishable food products cannot be returned. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective.

If your food product arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please DO NOT return any food product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.We offer a refund of purchases upon generating requests within 24 hours.

Items can be refunded or replaced considering below conditions:

•a) Received a damaged product.

In case the item received is damaged you can return the item in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging. Images of the product as proof of the damage will be required for the refund request. Products sent in return will be inspected. If the product is found to be damaged, we will process the refund along with any delivery fees incurred.

•b) Received the wrong item.

In an unusual circumstance, where the item received is wrong, you can return the item with the original box and packaging. Only after the item has been received the processing of the refund request can be initiated.

•c) Rethought

In case the customer changed their mind, before the order is sent out for delivery, they can directly call Lebanese Roaster client care desk at 600 50 3038 or through the Online Lebanese Roaster Shop cancellation section. A refund shall be processed along with any delivery fees incurred.

If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have until 24 hours to return them,only under the following terms & conditions:

-The return is in accordance with Lebanese Roaster returns policy.

-The items are in its original retail packaging (Sealed/Closed).

d) Refund transactions

For both payments cash and card, refunds will be issued as a credit amount in Lebanese Roaster store wallet. In case the customer asks to be refunded as per payment method, refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days. From the Lebanese Roaster store wallet, you can place a new order to redeem the refunded amount.

Ineligible items for Return/Refund

•Fresh Items

•Dairy items

•Chocolate Hampers & any customized items made upon the customer’s request.

For the delivered and out- for- delivery items, after the return/refund terms and conditions is met as per the Lebanese Roaster refund policy and post inspection confirmation, we will refund the item amount (excluding the amount paid for the delivery) as your Lebanese Roaster store wallet credits within 48 hours.Refunded/Returned Items will be collected by the driver within 48 hours.

Delivery & Shipping Policy :

LEBANESEROASTER.COM will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
